Hi Elle , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Growing up in Vietnam, boba was a part of my life, and I always dreamed of opening my own shop to share my love for refreshing teas and milk teas. One day, I decided to make that dream a reality. On April 29th, 2022, I signed the contract and started construction, and after 6 months of hard work, my boba shop was born in November 22nd, 2022.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to opening my boba shop wasn’t easy—I took a huge risk, investing all my savings with a ‘go big or go home’ mindset. I was worried at first, but I got lucky. Our customers embraced us, kept coming back, and their support has been incredible. It made all the hard work worth it!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
“Being a barista has been my passion from day one! From making tea, refreshers, coffee, and boba-it’s what I love. I always strive to make those around me happy and share the amazing culture of boba tea.
Being a Co-host with K-pop events over the years has been a blast too, bringing people together to celebrate their favorite idols!

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
I was born and raised in Vietnam, surrounded by the love of my parents and maternal grandparents, who taught me the importance of kindness and resilience. I began learning English at just 7 years old, but with strong local accents back home, I faced challenges when I arrived in the U.S. Understanding conversations felt daunting. Although I was set to enter my junior year of high school, I made the brave choice to go back to sophomore year to strengthen my English skills. Looking back, I’m grateful for that decision, as I continue to learn and improve every day!
