Check Out Terrion Moore’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Terrion Moore.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
March 2025, is when I officially established my production company. Sports photography, it is my niche, but I enjoy creating videography & cinematography projects. Prior to starting my production company, I was a collegiate athlete, I completed graduate school at Drury University (2021-2023) where I completed a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Organizations & a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & received my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Illinois State University (2019-2021). After completing college athletic’s, I started invested time into hobbies I enjoyed doing outside of being athlete & photography was a hobby i always had interest in.

After a few months of gaining more confidence in my skills as a photographer, I started going to the gyms with my brothers. Which is how i discovered that I have a really strong niche in sports photography, it came natural in a sense. Once I got even more confident in my skills in sport photography , i decided to try videography which then i developed a passion for the process of creating visual art.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, the road hasn’t been smooth but it’s been going well. Considering I did not go to school for filmmaking or photography it was a challenge to create a foundation where people will trust my craft and give me opportunities. Which is why I created a brand based on my journey to becoming a photographer & to one day being a filmmaker.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Sports photography is my niche! I specialize in action shots that highlight emotion, movement, and the intensity of competition. I’m passionate about telling stories through images and thrive in fast-paced environments where timing and instinct matter most.
I’m experienced with both DSLR and mirrorless systems, high-speed shooting, and post-processing workflows.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Honestly, my brothers had a huge role in my success. They open a lot doors for me, by giving opportunities, bringing me to gyms and events where i could get content to create with. Looking back on it now, i never realized how much they were helping me sharpen my skills without feeling the pressure of failing. They truly help me build my confidence in a craft I was passionate about when everyone else was unsure of my abilities. They always believed in me and never doubted me. I honestly wouldn’t have made it this far without them, I appreciate so much for that.
