Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Clubb
Hi Paige, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I did not grow up athletic in any sense of the word. I never played sports or did anything active. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder when I was 16 that caused me to have seizures and I was put on Prednisone for 15 years. This caused huge weight fluctuations, hormone issues, anxiety disorder, and other health related issues. I went to doctor after doctor an nobody could give me a solution or a way to get off Prednisone. I started doing my own research and a lot of trial and error for ways to heal my body. I really focusing on nutrition. I started feeling better, sleeping better, and feeling more confident in myself. I now have been off Prednisone since 2018 and have not had a seizure since 2020. I no longer have anxiety attacks or feel in a constant state of stress.
During all of that, I fell in love with the nutrition side of things and how we can heal our bodies without doctors and without taking medications. I wanted to dive deeper and learn more and continue to change my body physically, so I eventually started working with a coach and saw amazing improvements and learned more about deeper health. During my time with my coach, I fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding and hormone/gut health. I felt a calling to help others heal themselves and gain the confidence I had found.
I am now an NPC Bikini competitor and a full-time health coach/personal trainer. I love being able to help others change their perspectives on the health industry. I love breaking the mold and teaching my clients that you don’t have to be on a low calorie, highly restrictive diet to get results. I love showing them that the scale means nothing and by healing your INNER issues, you will make your OUTER self look better!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth is not the word I would use lol as I talked about earlier, I have grown up with health issues most of my life and having to learn how to heal on my own was frustrating. I felt that doctors should have been able to help me. Not ONCE did any medical professional tell me to work on my diet or activity level. It was never mentioned. I also worked with a couple not so great coaches. My goal in becoming a coach is to help others not have to go through what I went through. I want to help others learn from my mistakes and make it easier on them than it was for me.
Being a busy young mom of 2, working full time, and a student while earning my 10 certifications in the health field, was a challenge. But I did it. Consistency and dedication are what will get you there. If I can do it, anybody can do it! Learning to overcome self-confident issues was a huge struggle for me. I was embarrassed by my loose skin and stretch marks. I was obsessed with my weight on the scale. I tried all the “right” things that social media tells us to try and I couldn’t get results. I have overcome all of that and I now am proud to show of my hard work on stage in front of hundreds of people and be an advocate for others who look like me and feel they can never reach their physique goals. You absolutely CAN!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I love coaching. I love empowering others and teaching them how to make this a lifestyle and not just a 6 week summer shred. My goal is to create programs and are sustainable by making it fit their lifestyle. All my clients are different. Some are on macros based plans, some are on portion control plans, some workout at home with only bodyweight, some workout in a commercial gym. I can make a plan that will fit YOUR lifestyle and your schedule no matter how difficult it may seem!
My clients are not on restrictive diets. They have amazing meals on their programs! Burgers and fries, ice cream, tacos, etc. and NO cardio (unless they ask for it or we are in a cut and its needed) and they are still able to drop weight and reach their goals! I teach them how to break up with the obsession with the scale and focus on your HEALTH and how you look and feel rather than a number nobody knows but you.
I give so much more than a meal plan. I dive deeper into your health. Stress management, sleep, recovery, gut health, hormonal issues, etc. This isn’t just about eating right and workouts. It’s about transforming your life, not just your body.
