Today we’d like to introduce you to Maria Estelle.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My Esthetic. career began in 2005. Ive worked in makeup settings, makeup counters, bridal makeup experience, in full service spa/salons, plastic surgeons office, booth rental and then independently in my own location, prior to moving to L.A. I landed a job at a prestigious Brow Bar in Beverly Hills and in that period I worked with many industry leaders and actors, models, musicians. Robert Downey Jr was just one of the many Celebrities that I worked on. I always specialized in Skincare & Brows but during that time period brows moved to the forefront. This was the beginning story of the Kansas City girl that Landed in Beverly Hills. Later I would return to Kansas City Mo after marrying and moving to Lees Summit where I resided and soon after, opening my very oen specialty Brows and skincare boutique. We have been thriving since 2014.! In 2009 the seed was planted that I would create a product.. I always felt that deep down that I was supposed to do this, I truly believe God planted that seed. Fast forward to August of 2025, my very first brow product is created, Brows by M..E. which are my initials but the twist is “ME” the consumer is doing their brows at home. “Brows by M.E.” I wanted something easy to use since not everyone is a makeup artist. As long as your brows are shaped correctly, its as simple as brushing on your color. Formulated with Peptides to condition and promote brow hair health and possible growth, smudgeproof & a great hold without being crunchy. Having something that was promoting brow health was very important to me. Currently we have 3 broad colors and hope to expand in the future. I wanted everyone to maintain a great brow look in between their brow visits. Brows By M.E, is born!!!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anytime you take risks there are challenges. Owning your own business its all up to you! I believe if you are passionate about what you do even with the challenges you will
make a way. With every challenge its made me more resilient and I have grown as a person and a business owner. People think the beauty business is so glamorous. Its actually alot of hard work. The strong truly survive. The reward is the success and fulfillment at the end. Most dont see all the hard work behind the scenes that goes into it.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My specialty is Brow shaping and skincare/facials. Most start coming to
me for brows because thats what im most known for…. In the end they end up being a facial client as well. What makes me or my business different is the personal touch to each client. There are no cookie cutter services. Each service is taylored to every clients specific features and needs. What sets me apart is my education and unique experience, Im not just waxing hair off when you come for a brow appt Im creating brow art that makes you look and feel your best. Im not just putting products on your skin during a facial, Im creating am experience!!! Im most proud that I am still doing what I love amd creating my very own eyebrow gel product.
