Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabby Wallace.
Hi Gabby, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my career as an English (as a Second Language) teacher, but I didn’t set out to build a global company. I was simply trying to solve a problem I saw over and over again, incredibly capable adults being underestimated because they lacked confidence speaking English.
I began creating free lessons on YouTube, with no team, no outside funding, and no clear roadmap. I just focused on delivering value consistently. Over time, that consistency compounded. The audience grew from hundreds to thousands to millions. Today, Go Natural English has over 2 million YouTube subscribers and a global community of learners.
As the platform scaled, I had to evolve. I moved from being “the teacher” to being a CEO, building digital courses, memberships, sponsorship partnerships, systems, and a team. I learned marketing, automation, negotiation, and finance in real time. I built the business profitably and organically, navigating algorithm changes, burnout, reinvention cycles, and growth phases along the way.
What started as a simple YouTube channel became a global education brand.
Now, I’m focused on leverage. In addition to running Go Natural English, I invest in real estate across multiple states, building cash-flowing assets and long-term equity. And through CreatorStrategyLab.com, I help other founders and experts build authority platforms that turn content into scalable, sellable businesses, using the same organic growth systems I used to build mine.
The common thread through all of it is this: I build assets. Whether it’s media, intellectual property, or real estate, I’m focused on long-term ownership, not short-term wins.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not even close.
In the early years, the hardest part was uncertainty. I didn’t have investors, a salary, or a safety net. Revenue fluctuated. I was figuring out YouTube, product creation, and online marketing in real time, before there were clear playbooks. There were months where I questioned whether I should just get a traditional job for stability.
Then came the scaling challenges. Growing from a solo creator into a real company changes everything. I had to learn how to hire, delegate, build systems, manage cash flow, negotiate contracts, and think long term. Leadership was a much bigger learning curve than content creation. When you’re responsible for payroll and performance, the pressure is different.
There were also identity shifts. For years, I was “the teacher.” Becoming a CEO required a different mindset, making hard decisions, letting people go, restructuring offers, saying no to opportunities that didn’t align. That wasn’t smooth. It was uncomfortable growth.
Burnout was real at times, too. When your face is the brand and millions of people expect content from you, it’s easy to overextend. I had to learn boundaries, leverage, and how to design a business that didn’t depend on constant output from me personally.
And financially, there were cycles. Strong revenue years followed by reinvestment phases. Expanding into real estate meant taking calculated risks and managing debt responsibly while building assets.
But every struggle forced an upgrade, better systems, clearer positioning, stronger decision-making.
It hasn’t been smooth. It’s been earned.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I build scalable authority brands and long-term assets.
I’m the founder of Go Natural English, a global digital education company that grew to over 2 million YouTube subscribers organically. I specialize in helping adult professionals gain confidence in spoken English through practical, real-world communication training. Over the years, I’ve built courses, memberships, partnerships, and a global online community, all without venture capital or paid audience acquisition in the early stages.
I’m known for translating complex ideas into simple, actionable frameworks. Whether it’s language learning or creator growth strategy, I focus on clarity and implementation. My audience doesn’t just consume content, they apply it.
What I’m most proud of isn’t the numbers. It’s the impact. I’ve received thousands of messages from professionals who got promotions, relocated internationally, or felt confident speaking up in meetings because of the work we do. That level of transformation matters to me.
Beyond education, I also think like an operator and investor. I’ve built a multi-state real estate portfolio focused on cash flow and long-term equity. And through CreatorStrategyLab.com, I now work with founders and experts who want to build their own authority platforms and monetize organically on YouTube using systems I’ve tested at scale.
What sets me apart is that I’ve done it long term, over a decade in one space, and I’ve navigated multiple growth cycles without relying on trends. I understand audience psychology, monetization strategy, and asset building because I’ve lived it.
I don’t just create content.
I build businesses around it.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
There are a few ways people can work with or collaborate with me, depending on what they’re building.
For professionals who want to improve their English fluency and confidence, they can join the programs and community at Go Natural English. We offer structured courses, membership programs, and ongoing training designed for serious adult learners.
For founders, experts, and creators who want to build or scale their authority on YouTube, the best place to connect is CreatorStrategyLab.com. That’s where I work with business owners on positioning, content systems, monetization strategy, and turning an audience into a real, scalable business. It’s designed for people who want to build long-term assets, not just chase views.
For brands and organizations, I collaborate through strategic partnerships, sponsored content, speaking engagements, and advisory roles, particularly where there’s alignment around education, communication, entrepreneurship, or digital growth.
And for people who simply want to support the work, the most powerful way is to engage, subscribe, share, introduce me to founders who are serious about building something meaningful, and open doors to aligned partnerships.
I’m focused on long-term collaboration with people who think in decades, not weeks.
