Check Out Chase Forsyth’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chase Forsyth.

Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, how did you get started?
I have fought through multiple injuries and hated the way I looked. I overcame them and became obsessed with getting bigger and mentally stronger. I am an up-and-coming bodybuilder and will get to the top in the years to come. This is my sport, and this is my passion. I love everything about bodybuilding and what it has done for me, and I’m just beginning. It has made me very confident and comfortable in my skin! I am driven to achieve what I will achieve because I was unable to finish my sports career in high school because of those injuries. I felt like a failure, and looking back, I don’t think I ever enjoyed anything this much; I’m obsessed. I constantly think about when my next meal is, what I’m training today, and how I can get better and bigger. 24/7 bodybuilding is constantly on my mind. I am meant to do this because I know nothing else; all I know is how to train, diet, and pose. This is for me, and I continue to believe it more and more. My parents would always be worried sick because I would be at the gym for hours and ask why I do what I do well. It makes sense now because this is my path and my passion; there is no plan b. I will make this a career and be one of the best.

It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all; lots of ups but a lot more downs. Injuries, relationships, work.

Networking and finding a mentor can positively impact one’s life and career. Any advice?
It is about who you know, not what you know.
