Amy Koons and Laura Mitchell , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Thanks to our dear friend Brittany’s husband, Carlos Santana, plays first base for Seattle Mariners used to play for the KC Royals, we learned all the things about this must have phone accessory popular in the Dominican Republic. Brittany and her friends that came to visit, showed us exactly how to make them, just like on the island. Making them for ourselves, we began to receive many request from friends. That’s when phone fetti! started.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Getting our website up and running was a huge learning curve for us. Niki, with @MOdishdesignco was an intricate part of helping us launching our website.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Amy and Laura are friends and neighbors. Amy worked in education for 18 years and now stays home with her 2 children. Laura also stays home with her 3 daughters. They are moms who love connivence and ease. Seeing the popularity in the Dominican Republic, the two decided to try it here in the midwest! Being able to grab your phone and wear it is so convenient . It comes in handy for sports, outings, errands and travel.
