An Inspired Chat with Ron Stifter of Belton

We recently had the chance to connect with Ron Stifter and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Ron, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is everything. Our entire business operations and customer relations are founded on integrity.

Many people will promise you the world, but it’s the few who do what they say that you end up holding close to.your heart.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Ron Stifter and I am the owner of Rpm Painting. I manage and maintain the quality and customer service side of our business. We make sure that each and every concern relayed by the customer is handled with care, and no detail is overlooked.

Our team of renovators are hand picked based off their life values and superior craftsmanship. We want an environment where the customer receives a quality product while being comfortable with the presence of our crews.

Our goals at Rpm are to provide exceptional quality while also making and maintaining friendships that will last forever.

We provide services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include anything relating with painting, carpentry, and drywall.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My mother and father were both influences that shaped my life.

My father has been selfless and about the people as long as I can remember. Day in and day out he would continue to work as a master carpenter to provide for our family. The weekends were no different. Chores would be completed around the house and there was always a neighbor who would call knowing my dad could fix their problem. More times than not, he never charged a penny. My dad always filled his heart knowing that you could count on him simply because he cared.

My mother is one of the strongest women I know.

Through time my mom has managed and owned successful business adventures. My childhood was filled with meeting tons of people and forming communication skills that could only come from constant interaction with customers and friends alike. Much like my father, my mother treated people with respect and would give a stranger the shirt off her back.

The combination of my mother and father have made me the person I am today. I am very thankful for both of them.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering is absolutely imperative to success.

Without understanding what suffering feels like you would never understand the joy of success.

Suffering gives you the opportunity to understand and avoid the mistakes you have previously made.

My daughter is a wrestler and state champion. We always praise the losses and suffering because they are lessons and pathways to a better life.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My friends would immediately say that my three daughters are what matter to me.

Every moment of my life is spent making sure that they are loved and cared for.

Without my daughter’s I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
My customers would miss the assurance that their project will be completed 100% to their expectations.

They will also miss the company of our crew and the trust and friendship that was created through these experiences.
