Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandi-Rose Smith.
Hi Sandi-Rose, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
In 2012, I went through very aggressive Breast Cancer. At the end of it, we needed to file for bankruptcy. It was a perfect storm of many things. Needless to say, we needed a way to live and function when the payments for that started to come out of my checks. I found Origami Owl custom Jewelry (we are now Think Goodness Brand Collective) and joined and never looked back. It has been a total blessing to our family. It did so much more than help financially. It helped me mentally recover from cancer and gave me my mojo back.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing worth having ever comes easy. And that goes for a home-based business. The more consistent you are with your business, the more you will grow. And that is what I did. I started small with craft shows and then moved up little by little with show size to where I am now with large shows.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My background is sales. I have been a commissioned only sales rep for an industrial chemical company for 24 years. So giving me something amazing and high-quality jewelry that tells meaningful stories and connects people to special. Moments in time was an extremely easy transition.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I would love to help any of you create that special one-of-a-kind piece.

Sandi has been my Origami Owl lady for years. I could not fathom having anyone else but her. The care she takes when creating a piece is too notch. Congratulations on how far you’ve come. Sandi. You are loved.
