Jacqueline Baska lives in Overland Park Kansas, central to all Kansas and Missouri areas with an endless amount of resources and capabilities to tackle any space. Starting out at a young age, Jacqueline would organize her friends’ closets as a hobby. She then graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management, giving her the ability to turn her hobby into a career.
Jacqueline moved to Los Angeles, California to work for a Home Organizational Company. Jacqueline’s experience working alongside professionals for clients of all economic status elevated her skills. Since returning back to her hometown, Jacqueline has brought a new level of expertise in organization to Kansas City. Her vast knowledge in organization will bring you the functionality your home needs.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting BetterByBaska has definitely brought its challenges. Being a Professional Organizer there is never a smooth road because we are perfectionists, something could always be better. I personally love when there are bumps in the road because that means I am constantly changing, growing, learning, and boosting BetterByBaska each day. Juggling running your own business and everything that comes with it is truly a blessing. Challenges expose areas of improvement within any business and for that, I am thankful for when it comes to BetterByBaska!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Personally, for me taking my hobby of organizing as a child into a business is something I am extremely proud of accomplishing. BetterByBaska specializes in making sure that all your needs are met in the organizational process. Not only do I help you purge, clean, and create a better system but I keep the interior design flow throughout the space. I truly listen to your daily routine and implement that in the organizing process.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The professional organization industry is constantly growing and fast. There are many changes and trends that are in and out each month. The beauty of organizing is that it is something everyone could be better at and is constantly doing in their daily routine. I see BetterByBaska at an all-time high demand in five years with everyone’s full schedules.
