Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a difficult road. We have been working for nearly ten years to ensure that every player has free access to the tools and resources they need to succeed. What has been a struggle for us is soccer in America is a pay-to-play system, which excludes a lot of top-tier talent from being seen, playing the game, and having access to the best soccer development. Since our model provides access to all, we can/have been seen as a threat to the current soccer ecosystem. In truth, we’re a massive asset to the soccer ecosystem. We were created to help build the sport and access to soccer in America for those who up until recently may not have had the means.
