Today we’d like to introduce you to Chrissy Frazier.
Hi Chrissy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was always intrigued with the real estate market and wanted to be closer to it. I found a great mentor and moved forward with getting licensed and was conducting real estate on the side for friends and family for a few years. When the pandemic hit and my career was switching gears, I thought, what better time to jump in full force. The last year+ has been incredible and I have been able to work with so many great families to relocate and achieve their real estate dreams.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For the most part, it has been a pretty smooth road. There are always things that come up new, even after five years in the business and I feel like I am still learning everyday. Just when I think I have seen everything, I will show a house with the most strange or bizarre things. One person built an entire bathtub out of moasic materials (they were very artsy), the most interesting bathrooms I have ever seen in a house!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
First and Foremost, I am a residential real estate agent that helps buyers and sellers with purchasing and selling their home. I run a local lifestyle brand called KC abode that is more so focused on moving to Johnson County and things to do in the area. I also just took on Property Management for 70 condo units in the Plaza and West Bottoms areas. I am most proud of my entire business and growth that I have experienced over the past year. I am also training a team to help me and love my associates!
How do you think about luck?
I do believe in serendipity, and I have been in the right place/right time/met the right people to be where I am today. In both personal family life and business professional life. Call it luck or meant to be- but I do feel very lucky to have crossed paths with key people in my life!
