Meet Candy Masuch of KC Candy Homes

Today we’d like to introduce you to Candy Masuch.

Hi Candy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was an Executive Assistant for 18 years before making the decision to break away and become a Realtor. I started out on a team and within a year decided to become an individual agent. Investing in myself and my business is the most important thing to me right now. I love developing my brand and seeing the results of my hard work come to light.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Right after I became an individual agent the pandemic hit which definitely was a struggle but I’ve been able to work through the struggles and come out on the other side stronger.

We’ve been impressed with KC Candy Homes LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I moved to Kansas City in 1991 and have planted my roots here ever since. KC Candy Homes LLC was formed in 2020. I have a deep love and appreciation for my city and I’m proud that I get to assist buyers and sellers make their dreams come true in the city I love the most! I am most proud of being able to serve my clients not only with finding their dream home or selling a home they are ready to move on from but also that each and every client becomes a part of my life forever. I am a very personable agent and develop a real friendships with my clients. I work tirelessly for my clients and I absolutely love every moment of it!

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice for those just starting is to be patient with the process. Success. in real estate is not something that happens overnight. It’s a career made out of blood, sweat and tears. It’s also the most rewarding career out there. You truly get out what you put in.
