Hi Brynn, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness , continuously pursuing my personal goals and finding what works best for my lifestyle. With a competitive personality and involvement in all sports growing up, I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition in 2023. I completely transformed my physique and learned so much about what the human body is capable of. Since then, I have continued to compete in bodybuilding and have developed a passion for sharing my knowledge with anyone who is wanting to challenge their body and create healthy habits to meet their personal health and fitness goals!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Other priorities like relationships and my current career has caused my pursue to coach others to be more challenging. I am a full time dental hygienist and have a busy social life with family, friends, and my boyfriend.
As you know, we’re big fans of BFit. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
While BFit is an abbreviation for Brynn Ferguson, the name is a statement. It is a choice. Be Fit.
Every day is filled with choices that will benefit or break our health. I specialize in catering to those who desire to be better each day. Helping coach people who choose to prioritize themself by putting their health and fitness first, not only for their dream physique, but their overall wellness in order to set habits for longevity. I set myself apart by analyzing my clients and finding that perfect balance with creating their plan to meet their goals while still managing every day life. I offer online customized 1:1 nutrition and training programs to fit each individuals goals and set up weekly check ins with my clients in order to adjust their nutrition programming or training as needed to continue to move towards what each client is working to achieve. I also offer in-person training sessions at Synergy Wellness & Fitness where I can coach clients through workouts and give suggestions to improve technique and form.
I genuinely want my clients to see success just as much as they do.
Accomplishing goals you set for yourself can be achieved. It’s as simple as making the right choices everyday. And it all starts with the choice to BFit.
What matters most to you?
My relationships are the most important thing in my life. My relationship with my family, my relationship with my boyfriend, my relationship with my friend’s, my relationship with my coworker’s, and my relationship with the Lord. These relationships are what help mold me everyday into the person that I am and they are the biggest motivating factors to help me want to create the best version of my health mentally and physically. I strive to be better than the day before in order to be able to pour into my relationships like they pour into me.
