Inspiring Conversations with Laci Rich of Infinite Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Laci Rich.

Laci, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was practicing as an esthetician in Southwest Colorado when I truly began to understand how skin conditions are the result of internal wellness or imbalance. “From within, so without”. I myself had been subjected to problematic skin for a great deal of my life and was able to experience first hand that when removing inflammatory foods while soothing various organs or internal systems, skin flare decreases. My desire to explore the human body from a holistic approach grew, so I began my own studies by reading books and research by physicians who were aligned with my beliefs. This led me to explore holistic nutrition with Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition where I deepened my wisdom to better serve the community. Before and after Bauman, I had opportunities to travel across the earth and explore the world of spiritual practices through various cultures and traditions. This also aligned with my approach to helping others on their self-healing journey and it allowed me to create the vision I had for our communities.

We are human beings made up of a mental body, physical body, and an energetic/emotional/spiritual body. These all must be viewed equally to create whole being wellness. If one is out of balance, they are all out of harmony. During my travels, I was introduced to some fascinating tools and concepts to implement in holistic expansion of the human experience. I am now a holistic nutrition coach, certified yoga instructor, light guide, life coach, breathwork facilitator, and am also an energy practitioner.

As individuals, we are biochemically singular, and this is known in science. Therefore, there is no one “trending diet” that will help someone become the version of themselves they desire because trending diets are too broad to reach everyone. Wellness is a lifestyle and it is important to educate this to those who seek assistance on their journey to a healthier life. The body is designed to self-heal and I am here to assist those who are willing and ready to get to know themselves so deeply that they know what their bodies need to attain homeostasis. If you listen to your body, it will indeed tell you what it needs to heal. The trine of wellness works together as a single organism, it’s not just food consumption that we look at, it is also lifestyle choices, patterns and habits, limiting beliefs, trauma, self-care, self-love, and so much more.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Oftentimes people want to change and grow, but they don’t necessarily want to do the work and invest in the process. We live in a community that jumps on instant gratification and that creates hurdles for potential clients committing to this path. It is a slow process, but it is worth it. When clients do commit, there is immense healing that happens and the process is incredibly beautiful to witness and be a part of.

Western medicine, pharmacology and food paradigms have infiltrated our internal and natural ways of being. Natural meaning rooted in nature. So many are unaware of how negatively lab made foods impact our wellness, along with turning to prescribed medications because a doctor told them that was best. We live among an incredible realm of healing properties. Herbal remedies are just as effective, if not more effective than prescription medication, but this is not a belief that many holds. Actually, many pharmaceuticals are DERIVED from nature, from plants. The lack of education around food, non-psychedelic plant medicines, breathwork, movement, everything that I’ve discussed greatly impacts the health and vitality of the earth community. I do my best to reach as many as I can but oftentimes am met with resistance because it feels foreign to those who don’t know otherwise.

We’ve been impressed with Infinite Wellness, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are one. We are all divinely connected, and the work we do for ourselves impacts the collective community. I am passionate about bringing truths and awareness to others. Westernized approaches have been glorified for a number of years, but there are a lot of beautiful tools that are left out of that frame of practice. I am here to educate and lead others to better understand the power within themselves, to help them remember the innate intelligence that exists within.

I specialize in holistic approaches, energy work, breathwork, and using light and sound therapy to expedite the transformational process for each individual. I also provide cacao ceremonies to accelerate the energetic process for personal growth and educate on the power of reciprocity. I am proud of the unique and rare approach I have to wellness. Health is wealth, and there is power in this process of taking action for personal freedoms.

Infinite Wellness is dedicated to helping others who are ready to transform from the inside out. Part of self-evolution and healing is getting in tune with your mind, body, and spirit enough to know the ways they work in your favor. For far too many years, humans have looked outside of themselves to make quick fixes. The real healing begins when you trust and believe in yourself, in your body, and learn to work with yourself.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I am a huge believer in leaning on each other and the power of community healing.

There are a lot of ways to connect and collaborate and I’m always down to share the wealth to reach more people and learn from my peers. My weaknesses are someone else’s strengths, vise versa, so collaborations are a powerful gift.
