Today we’d like to introduce you to Bre Dayton.
Hi Bre, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Growing up as a child, I would oftentimes accompany my mom on her showings and open house. Looking back on my life, now at age 29, I can honestly say that is we’re my love for real estate “first” began. I remember separating myself from mom as she would show these very large homes to her clients. I recall going to a different part of the home and recite lines from MTV Cribs! Welcome to my crib! Here we have my full-court basketball goal and, to the left, an indoor bowling alley! As I tapped into my imagination, I would proceed, talking to this imaginary camera giving an all-access granted full home tour, lol. Even at a young age, I loved the beauty of real estate, the different floor plans, the balcony overlooking the sub-basement with the open concept, just beautiful.
Fast forward to 2017; on one Saturday morning, mom called me in the room and told me to get my real estate license. When she told me, she didn’t leave me with much of a choice lol she kind of volun-told me. While we may laugh about it now, I am so thankful mom had a bigger vision for not just me but for our family. Mom planted the seed (my life in real estate) in time, watered it and then birthed our very own real estate company, known as Dayton Dynasty Realty! Mom rightfully operating as CEO and Broker and me as a Top Realtor for our company, working hand and hand with her. I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at today without her. Shoutout to mom (Robin Dayton).
I am now operating in my God-given purpose and it feels great! Everyday, I get another opportunity to walk in my true calling; serving my clients making an impact in the lives of so many, one household at a time, is a gift in itself. Legacy building, worth more than gold. Now in my 4th year as a realtor, I am just now scratching the surface to my potential. With so much more in store, I plan on continuing what has worked for me thus far, certain habits that have led me to the point I am today. Habits such as praying, sacrificing, staying focus, studying my trade and building/maintaining important relationships. Which we know in this field of business, especially, relationships are key.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My journey becoming a top realtor in MO and KS started off rocky, as most businesses do. There is a phase where we have to introduce and prove ourselves to prospects to persuade them to become clients or buyers. It took a while for me to get my first client. But once I got my first client, the rest was history. It took one person believing in me or, in my case, not knowing me (a complete stranger) was my very first client for me to get the ball rolling in real estate.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
My view on risk-taking: “No risk, No reward.” You must be willing to put yourself on a limb (take a risk) for something no one can see but you. You will never become what you wish to become without taking that risk. I took a chance in real estate and found great success. I plan to take a huge risk “leap” as in pertains to another part of my life here soon that is both necessary and needed so that I can reach my full potential in life. Risk is scary; they can be uncertain; however I tend to arrow on the side of caution, keeping all thoughts and energy positive and as such, because I think positive, I receive positive. So risks are a good thing once one’s mind is set solely on the good. Proverbs 18:21.
