Exploring Life & Business with Kristen Daschke of Revolutionary Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristen Daschke.

Hi Kristen, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been a part of the health and wellness industry now for ten years. I first became a massage therapist, then continued my education into yoga teaching and Naturopathy. I love helping others reach their highest potential through their mind, body, and spirit. I am the owner of Revolutionary Wellness, LLC: our team educates about healthy living and self-care.

Beginning in 2015, I have worked with a number of professional athletes, especially in football, in supporting their performance and recovery. I have also worked several seasons with high school athletes in track and field, cross country, and football in leading yoga for performance and recovery.

Most recently, my business partners and I have been on a mission to raise the vibration of the community by sponsoring self-care and wellness events open to all to attend. Through music, movement, aromatherapy, and community, we strive to bring more positivity to the lives we connect with.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Is any entrepreneur/business owner path easy? There is so much pivoting that we have done throughout the years we have been in business. As a millennial, technology comes more naturally for me, and 2020 was a great turning point of realizing how much we will be depending more and more on the internet for business and connection. It has been a journey of figuring out what works and what doesn’t and taking action on those things that fall into needing improvement for next time.
