Hi Bradley, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my journey with a genuine interest in helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives — finding a place to call home. My background before real estate taught me the value of communication, hard work, and building strong relationships, which naturally translated into this career.
When I decided to get my real estate license, I was drawn to the flexibility and growth opportunities the industry offers, as well as the chance to truly make a difference for my clients. Over time, I’ve built my business on trust, education, and transparency — making sure each client understands every step of the buying or selling process.
Today, I’m proud to work with eXp Realty, a company that provides amazing mentorship, tools, and collaboration opportunities. Through that support and my own dedication, I’ve been able to grow my client base, close successful transactions, and continue learning every day.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road — like any business, real estate comes with its challenges. In the beginning, it was tough learning how to balance prospecting, marketing, and managing transactions all at once. There were slow months, times when deals fell through, and moments of doubt that really tested my perseverance.
What kept me going was remembering why I started — to help people achieve their real estate goals and build a career based on relationships and trust. Each challenge taught me something valuable — whether it was improving my time management, sharpening my negotiation skills, or finding creative ways to generate new leads. Over time, those early struggles helped me become more confident, resourceful, and resilient in this business.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty, where I specialize in helping both buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing Missouri real estate market. I work with a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers to veterans and growing families — and I pride myself on making the process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible.
What I’m most proud of is the relationships I’ve built along the way. My clients know I truly care about their goals — I take the time to educate them, communicate clearly, and advocate for their best interests from start to finish. Many of my clients come from referrals, which I see as the biggest compliment and a sign that I’m doing something right.
What sets me apart is my personal approach and commitment to communication. I don’t just focus on the transaction — I focus on the people. Whether I’m helping someone buy their first home or sell a property they’ve owned for years, I make sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way. I also stay active in my community, always looking for ways to connect, give back, and help others reach their real estate dreams.
How do you define success?
I define success by the impact I have on others — not just in terms of numbers or sales, but in the lives I help change through real estate. To me, success is when a client feels confident, informed, and genuinely happy at the end of the process. It’s the text or call saying, “Thank you — we love our new home.”
On a personal level, success also means growing a business built on integrity, relationships, and consistency. It’s about showing up every day, doing what I love, and continuing to improve — both for myself and for the people who trust me with one of their biggest life decisions.
