Conversations with Luna Teal

Today we’d like to introduce you to Luna Teal.

Hi Luna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Well, it’s been a long road but to start off, I was a very young successful mortgage underwriter, the youngest in the department may I add for a major corporation. After nearly eight years with them and feeling stuck in my position and taking on life obstacles that we all experience, it was time for a change.

I moved from my small hometown to a large city I had never even visited-Houston, TX. There I started my very own in-home cleaning business and began to model and embrace my inner goddess. After nearly three years, I took another leap and came to Kansas City!

I continued my in-home cleaning business and really dove into expressing myself in my human form, which I love to do. Modeling is my art. My expression of my inner beauty. My love. I have grown and learned so much about myself here in KC. I found ME again and for that, I will forever be grateful for Kansas City. I’m excited to see what that future holds.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth!? Hell, I wish. Now that’s funny!

My philosophy is – Do you! Always follow your heart and never be scared of what may lay ahead. Take that leap… Whatever comes your way, you can conquer no matter how difficult.

If it gets you down to the point of not being able to see tomorrow.Take a mental day, loath and rest but tomorrow get your ASS up be better, be the best and be you! Take charge of your life, set those goals, live out those ambitions because you are a bad MF!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am best known for my artistic nature. From modeling in different photoshoots, magazines, videos, or promoting. I always share explosive content that gives my audience creative visuals who then fall in love with my work.

My most proud project is a four-piece project that I had done earlier this year called Episodes of Mania – I hold Episodes of Mania near and dear to my heart, it’s something I had wanted to create for some time and for several reasons… obviously, most for being personal but also I wanted to explore and push my artistry to a different level of expertise. I wanted to test myself and transform my emotions so quickly and euphorically. To LIVE in that very moment in time, some being the most joyful of times and then some being my most darkest and defeated moments in time that I have encountered thus far… Episodes of Mania was a way for me to express myself and to push my limits BUT also a way to connect with you (the audience) in some of the most vulnerable times we all have had! BUT above all -make you FEEL!

With that said-Yes I am me, a woman who is not scared to push her limits and explore the inner depths of her creativity. That’s how I am different.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My family! They are everything that gives me life! It’s crazy busy but it’s beautiful! My husband and I have made a large family and we are truly blessed.

I also love to paint in my free time and explore the outdoors.
