Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Nearly four years ago, I was at my lowest point, living out of my truck and on the brink of suicide. One morning, as I was writing a poem and contemplating ending my life, a beat started playing on YouTube. In that moment, the Holy Spirit spoke to me, telling me to rap the words I had written. It was then that I realized my purpose: to reach out to others who are hopeless and lost in darkness. Since that day, I’ve been creating hip hop for the Lord, sharing His message through my music.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
By no means has my journey been easy. I’ve faced many adversities, including separation from my wife and moving out of the home I lived in for 20 years. I’ve battled a meth addiction, which I’ve now been clean from for over a decade. I grew up in a hard childhood marked by neglect and poverty, and I’ve struggled with depression and a long list of other diagnosed mental health conditions

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialize in Christian Hip Hop and am known for my humble attitude, as well as my ability to strike up a conversation and genuinely love anyone in front of me. What I’m most proud of is my ability to speak truth boldly, always coming from a place of sincere concern for others. What sets me apart from others isn’t anything about my own abilities—it’s my relentless pursuit of Christ. I don’t see myself as more capable than anyone else in this field, but I do believe I am living in complete submission to what my Father has called me to do.

How do you define success?
To me, success is entirely defined by my ability to reach others. If I can witness the impact of a life saved from the darkness that once consumed it, then I know I’ve fulfilled my purpose successfully.
