Hi Philip, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
As a kid, I was always building things outside, such as forts and bike ramps to jump off of. So I decided to get into HVAC and Plumbing to continue doing what I always loved. Working over the years in the field, I still wanted more out of my career. The next big step was starting an HVAC company with my best friend.
We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a challenging road, and honestly, doesn’t ever see it being smooth. We’ll always have to work towards getting our name out there, building relationships with our customers, and providing the best work possible. We’ll constantly be learning and growing along the way.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Creature Comfort Cooling?
We are an HVAC company. We also do some plumbing; our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. We offer fair pricing and won’t try to upsell something we don’t believe in. We are attentive to detail, transparent, and always educate the customer about their equipment. Having a positive client relationship is what matters most to us.
Who else deserves credit for your story?
Many people have helped shape me as both an entrepreneur and a person. My wife has been my biggest cheerleader since the day I met her. She’s always pushed me to be the best version of myself and reminds me to persevere. My parents have also been a great support. They taught me to have a good work ethic and to do my best in all my endeavors. And, of course, my business partner. I couldn’t have started this company without him.
