Hi Gabriella, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I went vegan when I was 14 and I have always loved baking, so I decided to open a vegan bakery to share my love for baking and veganism.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a business is never easy. There are months where I get no order and months where I am overwhelmed with orders.

I specialize in vegan bakery items. I am self-taught and bake from my kitchen at home. I am proud of how much progress I have made during the years of baking.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Getting bigger. Transferring over to a building and full-blown bakery.
