Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiara Peach.

Hi Tiara, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I started working for my husband right at the beginning of COVID-19. I had just launched an exotic leather accessory line on top Of being a traveling makeup artist, pregnant, and everyone was on lockdown, so no one was booking makeup appointments then. I had nothing to do but work on my accessories line and figure out how to get more sales. I took some marketing classes, watched tutorials on website design, and followed all the new algorithms and trends on social media. I started getting more sales, all while my husband’s boutiques were closed, and he had no online presence. I put my business venture on hold to help keep him going and applied my knowledge to get him an online and social media presence. I have been growing it for the past 3 years and am now the chief marketing officer and the owner. We are now filming a reality documentary series following the story of our family, business, and struggles in the industry.

Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not. It’s been a struggle because it’s a dominated industry. 2 I’m still learning myself, and everyone more experienced always tries to take my place. 3. I work with my husband, who is scared of change, and I’m a risk taker.

Thanks for sharing that. So, you could tell us a bit more about your work.
I’ll be advertising and marketing along with digital marketing for the company. Also, the curator voice and the star of our show coming out this September called Furbaby! It will also show a modern twist on one of the oldest industries, how I navigate daily being a business owner, a mom, and a wife, trying to conquer and revive the fur industry.

Let’s end by discussing what matters most to you and why.
Educating people about fur and reminding them how sustainable it is and how nothing goes to waste—and then showing them that fur is not just for a one-day event. It’s now every day and year-round. It’s no longer about the weather but about the fashion.
