Hi Ron, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, how can you bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
After living in a small town, my family moved to Lee’s Summit in January 2022 from Clinton, Indiana. After doing a lot of research and making some key connections, my son and I purchased a Pillar To Post Home Inspection Franchise in December 2022 and launched our business in February. Working daily beside my son, Jordan, has been a fantastic experience. We make a great team and make each other better.

Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
The biggest challenge to starting up our business was finding and building relationships in a huge market that was relatively new to us. Our contacts were limited since we had only been in KC for over a year. However, things snowballed once we started meeting with some outstanding people. We are fortunate to have such great clients.
