Today, we’d like to introduce you to John Frazier. John was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Brianna France.
John, can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started my journey as most of us have done by going a very traditional route. I started working at the age of 14 as a janitor in my highschool. And from there I stayed in the work force. I knew at that age that the traditional path was not something that I was particularly interested in pursuing. The problem was that I had the ability to excel rather easily.
I held a few different jobs through highschool and after graduation I started working for Blockbuster Video. I was promoted to Assistant Manager at 18 and was the youngest manager in the metro area at that time.
2 things stood out to me then. I understood how to relate to all kinds of people and I could see things in people that they may not be able to see.
My managerial career has spanned 30 years in total. Leading people became second nature but it was really a training ground for my current path. Along the way I always had additional streams of income. I repaired computers, I did minor repairs on cars. I bought and sold hair extensions. I was in a music group that won local awards. There was always this need to create something and build it from scratch.
It wasn’t until I connected with my super power that things began to fall in place for me. I mentioned earlier that I could recognize potential in people. It was a valuable asset in management. It let to me coaching and developing people to the potential that they had. I found out that I enjoyed coaching and that I was naturally gifted in that area.
I emersed myself in as much training and reading as I could to maximize my knowledge of how to be effective as a coach. Then I looked at the common thread among all of my employees that I helped and developed training that I could teach to help people unlock their inner greatness.
3 years ago I started my coaching company Change 360365 and began taking clients on a 1 on 1 basis. Now we are launching online courses that people can take advantage of for personal development as well.

Change 360/365 is a mindset coaching firm. We help people to unlock their inner potential using the 6 Sides of Success method. We take the systematic and scientific approach to mindset development and help our clients connect the dots between their desired outcomes and their present conditions. What sets us apart from the traditional coaches in the market place is that we don’t try to sell you on our system or way as THE thing that you need. We help you to take what you currently have and use it as the foundation to grow from. That journey is different for everyone but our results have been very good.
