Hi Kyra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Kyra Todd, and this is my first year as a Realtor with ReeceNichols at the Country Club Plaza location and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate!
When Kyra isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys taking great care of her dental patient’s needs; she has been in the dental field for the last 13 years and still enjoys interacting with her patients and coworkers in the dental world! Residing and working on the Country Club Plaza for the past 13 years, I truly love the community and people! Who couldn’t ask for a better place to live?!
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This being my first year as a Realtor, it’s about getting your name out there, marketing yourself, and letting everyone know that you are ready to put your clients first! The Real Estate profession has long been erroneously maligned as a pure “dog-eat-dog” world with everyone out for themselves. What better idea for marketing than a Billboard? I decided to do so; it has been the best marketing decision by far! You can find me at 7th Street Trafficway & Southwest Blvd!

My passion is to help people find a home. With a passion for service in the Kansas City area, I’m an expert on our local communities and will guide you through every step of your home-buying and selling needs. Whether assisting with the search and buying journey or supporting the selling process, I take great pride in my ability and resources to make things easier for my clients.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Knowledge is power! I assure to stay up-to-date on the latest real estate topics and the local market to service my clients more effectively. I understand the local housing market, which allows me to stand out from the competition with honesty and Interiority with every client to ensure a long and successful real estate career as a member of the National Association of Realtors.
