Today we’d like to introduce you to Ron Stifter.

Hi Ron, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Rpm Painting was founded in late 2007 after moving back to Missouri from Las Vegas when my first daughter was born. My children being around their family was very important, so we made the journey home.

2007 was not the ideal time considering the economy tanked in 2008, and many business owners sold their tools and closed their doors.

Despite the recession, we kept pushing forward. Rpm Painting was formed with the ideals of my grandfather, an honest hardworking family man who would give the shirt off his back with a smile on his face. His influence in the community and sheer amount of friends everywhere always left me amazed.

Bringing old-time craftsmanship back into the area is of much importance to us. For 15 years, we have done this. From day one, we have operated with integrity and treated every customer like our family. We have consistently improved our techniques and upgraded our tools to provide the highest quality. Each customer gets treated with the same respect and is asked for testimonials of our work. Our business now stands on a mountain of happy customers who refer us as much as possible.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to our success was not an easy one. When I formed the company, we were in a recession, and times were trying. I also wanted this business to be different. We never spent money on major marketing. Instead, we have made personal friendships with our customers. I knew that growing the business would take a little longer with this method but would also make the foundation impenetrable. Many years were spent proving our integrity, and now we are the company to call when you want a project done correctly!

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Our main priority is the craftsmanship of the highest quality and customer service. Our teams functions as one. We specialize in the organization and procedures needed to make your project run smoothly. Our estimators also work on the projects, which perfectly translates what the customer asks for without disruptions or lack of communication. Whether protecting your investment with exterior sealing and painting or setting up air ventilation in your home during cabinet refinishing, we always look for ways to make the customer as comfortable as possible. We also specialize in drywall repairs and carpentry (building decks or installing doors).

What are your plans for the future?
We hope to expand our business while keeping the personal touch. We believe the business model we have is something that every customer deserves. Clients deserve to feel comfortable knowing they are putting their investments into good hands and receiving a quality product from craftsmen with their best interests at heart.
