Rising Stars: Meet Ireland Betta of Linn Creek

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ireland Betta.

Hi Ireland, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I graduated from Creighton University in 2021 with a business administration degree and an influence in marketing. While at Creighton, I also rowed collegiately for 4 years, which took up most of my time. Once I graduated, I began to take more initiative in my content creation on social media. I begin to research the trends and follow suit. I also decided I didn’t want to work a 9-5 after graduating, so now I have a flourishing Amazon business and an artistic Social Media Management business named Betta Social Agency.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. While in college, I wanted to dip my toes into content creation but was unable to with my content since I was still in the years where it was a violation in the NCAA sports to work with brands, etc. So, while in school, I looked for internships to help my creative side, one with PR and one with content creation for a coffee business. Now that I am out of school, I have way more freedom with my branding.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a business owner, content creator, and social media manager. I will stick with the content creation side to narrow it down ;). For the past few months, I have started to dip my toes into the “luxury fashion and lifestyle” content creation side of things on my social media. It hints at luxury, travel, chic fashion, artistic photo ideas, etc. I am proud of how I have grown as a more confident woman. I can do these things as I work with more brands and pitch myself! Also, the haters can mind their own business ;). I like to say what sets me apart the most is that I don’t exactly have a set-in-stone niche. I like to post silly things, serious and sexy things, and even inspirational quotes. Honestly, whatever is making me happy that day! My feed reflects all the different things in my mind, haha.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as being able to have time for yourself. How is there success if there is no time for yourself and what you love to do?
