Inspiring Conversations with Andrea Arlotti of Infinite Possibilities Healing Center and Yoga Experience

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Arlotti.

Hi Andrea, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello! My name is Andrea Arlotti.

I am a Mind-Body Integrative Practitioner and Trauma Specialist. I am the owner and operator of Infinite Possibilities Healing Center and Yoga Experience. I created my practice to help guide individuals to bring balance to their nervous system by integrating the brain, body, mind, and spirit for a life where they can THRIVE!

My journey began with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathologist M.A., CCC-SLP. Along my journey, I learned about a method called MNRI and how the body stores trauma in the nervous system, and how to re-integrate the nervous and sensory system for option healing. I was intrigued as most of my schooling was about the brain and its functions.

My passion and desire also lead me to dive deeper into my own healing for the optimal potential for my life. I expanded my knowledge with extensive training in the Masgutova Neuro-Sensorimotor reflex integration, 500 hours in Yoga Certification with a 300-hour focus in Trauma Informed and Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), education in Polyvagal-Informed practices, reiki, sound healing and more.

My areas of focus include but are not limited to; anxiety, depression, fertility, postpartum, trauma, PTSD, medical trauma, cancer treatment, GI challenges, nervous system dysregulation, emotional and sensory dysregulation, and difficult life transitions.

I discovered during my own journey what worked for my body, mind, and spirit and knew I had to find a way to assist and guide others. My mission and passion are to guide the nervous system back into balance also known as homeostasis. Various traumas, chronic stress, and difficult life transitions cause all types of unexplained illnesses and aliments that I feel can be healed with the right support and tools.

I truly believe healing occurs when we integrate and guide the body’s primary motor reflex patterns, practice mindful movements to awaken sensations within the body (interoception), calm the sensory system, learn healthy breath support and tools to nourish every cell in the body, all while reframing and guiding the mind to believing your best life is waiting for you.

I have over 20 years of training and experience and have walked my own healing journey. I know firsthand what supported my body in times of chronic stress, processing and releasing past traumas, unexplained health issues, and infertility.

My sessions are individualized and focus on establishing safety within your body, empowerment, and confidence, establishing agency and interoception, identifying somatic sensations, choice-making, acceptance of all parts of self, connection, increasing stress tolerance and resiliency, self-compassion, and igniting your true passion and purpose.

I believe we are all meant to thrive and live a beautiful life. You are not meant to walk this journey alone. I am here to support your growth, exploration, expansion, healing, and self-love, to find true joy in your life.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I feel extremely blessed and grateful to have learned from incredible teachers and believe that when our intentions are pure the road will lead us to where we are meant to be.

I have also learned that when (what I call) “opportunities” arise I look at them with excitement and exploration of places where I can grow!

We’ve been impressed with Infinite Possibilities Healing Center and Yoga Experience, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Everyone is welcome! I am a Mind-Body Integrative Practitioner and my passion is to guide others along their journey to discover their true potential and purpose.

Infinite Possibilities offers small-group trauma-informed/nervous system-focused yoga experiences and 1:1 integrative sessions. Integrative sessions focus on calming the nervous system to bring your body out of fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses.

Sessions are individualized to calm the sensory and nervous system and apply a variety of modalities including; re-integration of the primary reflexes, grounding, mindfulness, reiki, sound healing, and more.

Sessions focus on establishing safety within your body, empowerment, and confidence, establishing agency and interoception, identifying somatic sensations, choice-making, connection, increasing stress tolerance and resiliency, self-compassion, and igniting your true passion and purpose.
