Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As a single mother of 2 daughters going through a divorce and a few other obstacles, I almost lost everything in the last market adjustment. The support of family and friends, loyal clients, and a few course corrections along with frustrations with conventional lending options, lead to the creation of Agyrtis Lending.
Unfortunately, there are too many fraudulent solicitors on social media who offer loan terms that are too good to be true, asking for upfront funds for those programs yet never fund causing borrowers to lose their earnest money and more. Do NOT pay upfront funding fees.
Only pay for loan application fee/credit check and appraisal fees upfront – no reputable lender asks for loan origination/discounts fees, etc. Upfront. If you are not sure, ask someone else.
We are noticing considerable frustrations with borrowers not providing complete application packages and needed documents. Why would someone loan money to someone who cannot provide requested documents?
