Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryin Brown & Shaquille Robinson.
Hi Ryin & Shaquille, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Ryin – When I was 19, I started doing cluster lashes and strips for my cheerleading squad & it grew to me taking clients. I would do lashes just about anywhere, lol but mainly house calls. I began working in a salon in 2013 and continued doing lashes while pursuing my esthetician license, learning more skills & helping start-up other small businesses. In 2018 my client turned bestie turned business partner & I opened our first location of Enticing Beauty Studio & in 2020, we opened our second location Enticing Beauty Studios.
Shaquille – My career found me. I had no idea or direction of what I wanted to do in life. I come from a family of hairstylists but never thought to pursue the career. I started styling my friend’s hair & had noticed that it was something that came natural to me. I would work & never notice the time or needed a break. I fell in love with it. It was a way for me to express my creativity. It challenged me in ways I had never been challenged.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Ryin – It has def not been a smooth road lol, but that’s the exciting part about entrepreneurship. I feel like learning how to be a business owner on top of a creator as a whole has been a struggle, but I am figuring out how to be efficient in my work and still take care of myself so I don’t burn out.
ShaQuille – Staying consistent is my biggest challenge. I feel a large part of entrepreneurship is about finding balance. There are times where I can be inspired & then not inspired at all. As long as consistency is key, this solves that problem.

Enticing Beauty Studios are coworking salon suites that strive to create a supportive & thriving workspace for rising entrepreneurs in the beauty industry! With this expansion, we have allowed many different beauty brands to advance their careers under one roof! Our mission at Enticing Beauty Studios is to show our clients just how beautiful they are by using our talents and passions while supporting & inspiring the next generation of beautyprenuers to turn their dreams into a reality!
Each tenant is their own business & offers different services ranging from hair, esthetics, makeup & lash extensions.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Ryin – Discipline & Consistency. No, I am not near expert in either of these but I try to be daily. Discipline is very useful in life overall, it replaces motivation when we aren’t motivated. It keeps us on track the days it gets a little tough. Consistency keeps the wheels rolling.
ShaQuille – Self-confidence, Creativity, & Communication. Self-Confidence is key for you to focus on your own journey without comparing yourself to others. Communication comes in when dealing with clients. Creativity keeps your business alive.
