Rising Stars: Meet Thiago Pereira

Today we’d like to introduce you to Thiago Pereira.

Hi Thiago, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
6 years ago, I moved to New York, tired of my life in Brazil! Working in an office, locked up I wanted more, I needed to be free.

Because I liked going out, seeing new places in the city, parties and restaurants, a lot of people asked me about where to go and what to do. It made me tired so I decided to create Thipereira.com.

I started my Blog as ThiPereira and over the years, I was changing and getting more experience until today we are with Cosmopolitips.com!!!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It wasn’t easy at all, because people didn’t see Blogger’s work as real work, but as fun. I only noticed a difference after the pandemic. the restaurants and places in the city respecting us more as influencers. But we need to continue and show what we like to do with a lot of love!!!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Cosmopolitan guy living in New York. Discovering new places, brands, foods and connecting people on my IG and my Blog CosmopoliTips.com.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Persist and do not care for negative reviews. Focus on your journey!!!
