Hi Connor, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My business partner, Grayson Kuhns, and I have always been hungry to do more. Through the pandemic lockdown, we spent countless days and weeks thinking up new ideas and working on side projects. As our network grew, we encountered more and more people with awesome, out-of-the-box ideas and we wanted to help make their ideas a reality. Together we saw that had a really good opportunity to have a positive impact on our community. Through our own experience with business and technology as well as our network of skilled, like-minded friends, we have worked to bring ideas to life that were otherwise struggling to get off the ground. We enjoy the challenge of making the seemingly impossible possible. 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been an easy road, but I challenge anyone to find a business that has had a smooth beginning. There are plenty of struggles when it comes to creating things that have never existed before, but it is also the part that makes the work the most fulfilling. The hardest part of running a small technology and strategy consulting firm is that we have not had enough bandwidth to take on all of the projects that we would have liked to. Instead, we focus on not just meeting but exceeding the expectations of the clients that we do take on. As we continue to grow our business and pick up velocity, we look forward to growing our team so that we can deliver more innovation to the world.

Being client obsessed is the most important characteristic for us to live by in order to succeed. It is also very important to be detail-oriented, diligent, and agile so we can quickly identify obstacles and overcome them. When our clients succeed, we succeed.
