Today we’d like to introduce you to Cheryl Doyle.
Hi Cheryl, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started in the Wellness industry over 25 years ago @ a local small-town gym. I was a stay-at-home mom and worked part-time as a Group Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer. I loved the positive energy along with a community of support! I have always been passionate about motivating others to be more. So, it was a perfect fit🙌🏻 My parents eventually bought the Gym and life was Good!! 🤗
My hairdresser introduced me to the Nutrition Club concept, we fell in love with the product and we had the perfect spot to open one inside our gym….. so, my mom and I did!!
Things were Great… until the NEW BIG GYM hit our small town🤦🏻♀️
We made a decision to close the Gym and open our Nutrition club in a 400 sq. ft. building w/ rent @ $450😮
This was over 15 years ago.
That decision has created a duplication of over 15 Amazing Nutrition Clubs in the surrounding areas🙌🏻
These clubs are filled with Personal Coaches that are daily, making a difference and changing Lives!
We call it the Happy Healthy Hangout, where we are Blessed with Community, Support, Laughter, and a Bunch of FUN🥳
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth road…. that’s funny🤣🤣 We have Definitely had our share of struggles. Although I don’t necessarily enjoy the struggles, I always see struggles as an opportunity for Growth🤦🏻♀️And boy howdy have we grown🤠
The first major blow was when the Big Gym hit our town☹️ People were attracted to the sparkle of the NEW! We couldn’t compete. It was heartbreaking to close the doors, on something that meant so much to us and knowing how hard we had worked. Our gym became our 2nd family❤️Many tears were shared😢
but…’Mom and I have always believed that when 1 door closes… God will open the next “right” door 🚪
Doors opened BIG & our Nutrition Clubs exploded!!!! We quickly HIT the Millionaire Team Level with the BEST TEAM EVER., we went on Amazing Vacations, that we earned, we enjoyed team-building Events, I traveled and did Training!! We were LOVING Life!
Until…. My personal Divorce…… along w/ 3 of our TOP LEADERS Divorce 😞
We crashed & Burned BIG TIME!!
It was the hardest time in my Life!
We held on and I will never forget this day… it brings tears to my eyes @ this very moment😔
Mom & I were sitting inside our Nutrition Club in Leavenworth (Livin Nutrition)
We maybe had 6 people that day, where we use to have over 40🤦🏻♀️
We prayed and made a decision… If this door was to be closed, we would accept it. If not … God show us the OPEN doors!
That was that🙏🏻
Not even kidding… the next day!
Boom! Boom! Boom!
We see that the door was not to be CLOSED!
We got off our booties and started our Rebuild🙌🏻
Struggles make you Stronger!

I am personal Wellness Coach at our Smoothie Bars. We have 2 locations. Leavenworth & Basehor.

We serve Nutritious & Delicious Smoothies, Protein Iced Coffees, Energy Drinks, and Protein Treats🥤
Kid-friendly & Fur Baby friendly🐾
I Coach people to create Healthy Habits with a Lifestyle of Wellness.
We offer personalized Nutritional plans that help with Energy, Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Sports Nutrition, digestive health and overall wellness.
We are Blessed with a great product, but what sets us apart is……
Relationships…. We do not just serve Smoothies. We build relationships.
Daily, people stop in and share their lives with us. They share their fear, pain, frustrations, tears, joy, celebrations… they share their LIVES with us!
We have been called the Happy Place, where people feel Safe in the no-judgment zone!!!
We truly care! We listen! We know your name! We notice if you don’t show up! We enjoy the conversations that lead to LIFETIME friendships❤️
We LOVE that we are not a quick-stop and that people stay and hang out!!
Our clubs have always been a place to Dance, Laugh & Love💃🏻🕺🏼 & yes, we DANCE😂
The Blessings that have been poured into our Lives have been incredible🌈

How do you think about happiness?
Giving people HOPE!!! In our Nutrition Clubs, we have the opportunity, every SINGLE day to offer HOPE🙏🏻
In a world that is becoming more and more focused on the negative.!
We say “NO”
When we have someone walk into our shop with feelings of shame, guilt, embarrassment, sadness, and loss of hope…. Simply because of a number on a scale… this lights a Fire in Me🔥
It takes courage to open yourself up and when I know that they have courageously made a decision to be Coached, I give 💯
Weekly I meet with them, and we work on Mind-Building Habits, Mindful Movement Activities, and how to BELIEVE that they matter!
God has given me the gift of motivating others and when you are working in your gift zone, it is ABSOLUTELY Amazing!!
When you operate in Life with a rhythm of grace, whereas it’s not about YOU and it’s all about what God can do through you for others! It’s incredible!
Giving others HOPE🙏🏻 and seeing when they finally receive it, …. it’s Life-Changing🤗
