Today we’d like to introduce you to Kimberly Martin.
Hi Kimberly, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have always loved Real Estate, people, and helping people, so it ended up being the perfect combination for me! I had another agent recruit me and told me, ‘you are meant to be in Real Estate…’ A little unsure at the time, the Real Estate Agent kept reaching out to me and finally, I started with some of the back-end work to see if it was something I would enjoy. Within a few months, I was working as a full-time agent and was very blessed by how many people trusted me to help grow my business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I feel very blessed to have some of the best people supporting me. I couldn’t do it without my amazing partners: my transaction coordinators, lenders, title companies, inspectors, home warranty companies, etc. These colleagues of mine have become friends and they drop everything to help my clients! It takes a great team of people to run a successful business and I’m surrounded by the BEST!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I recently started buying and flipping homes on my own! This is exciting and I learn more and more every day! I have helped several of my clients with it, but it’s a lot of fun experiencing it myself too. I love helping people make money in Real Estate!
