Hidden Gems: Meet Big Court of Holdin’ Court Podcast

Today we’d like to introduce you to Big Court.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am originally from Kansas City, Mo (now living in L.A.) and am widely considered to be the protege’ of music mogul Master P. I got my start as a rap artist signed to No Limit Records in the mid-90s and early 2000s. I would then step away from music and transition into acting and producing films and have co-starred alongside comedian Katt Williams as well as co-starring alongside the late Tiny “Deebo” Lister in “I Got The Hook Up 2”.

I got my first experience doing radio/podcast with Master P as co-host of Doin The Most on Playboy Radio. It was Master P that noticed my knack for insightful conversation and encouraged me to create the Holdin’ Court Podcast.

I also own a fitness supplement called Tru Muscle Sports in addition to owning several dozen investment properties and property management company.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life will always throw you curve balls but curveballs can be hit! Success is nothing more than a culmination of failures and failure is very much part of that process. I’ve encountered an insurmountable number of challenges but life is about being able to take the hits!!! Thats how winning is done. I have had devastating lows and triumphant highs but I always put my faith in God regardless.

The Holdin’ Court Podcast brilliantly blends the urban experience with current topics and popular culture as guests are able to document their journey on the show.
