Hidden Gems: Meet Christi Clemons Hoffman of Radiate Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christi Clemons Hoffman.

Hi Christi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I created Radiate Wellness in 2016 as a true wellness center- encompassing spiritual, energetic, physical, and career wellness. We incorporate energy healing, life coaching, spiritual counsel, astrology, and hypnosis through the work of five gifted practitioners. We also feature the only level 3 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioners (me) in the four-state region, as well as the Radiate Wellness Podcast.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
After being laid off from Hallmark in 2015, I knew that working corporate jobs was no longer where my energy was. I was already helping clients with Angel and Akashic Records readings as well as Reiki, so I knew being in service was my path. My severance package included entrepreneurship classes with the Kauffman Foundation, so I learned all about opening a business.

My original vision was to have a brick-and-mortar location, but a lack of up-front capital created another path- an online wellness center. Now we have FIVE locations with each practitioner running their own practice. Honestly, given the pandemic and its challenges, not having a central physical location to maintain has been a blessing.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Radiate Wellness?
​Radiate Wellness, LLC is “wellness without walls,” a community of practitioners offering their services in various offices throughout the Kansas City area and online. Our guides are dedicated to helping you create spiritual, energetic and physical well-being.

You know well-being is more than just about feeling good. Many paths can get you there: access consciousness bars, astrology, healing reiki, hypnosis therapy, quantum healing hypnosis technique, certified life coach, psychic services, and manifestation coaching.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Honestly, I do not believe in luck; I believe in alignment. When you are aligned with what you need, when you need it, it shows up. Take for example, our podcast, The Radiate Wellness Podcast- you should listen, review, share, and subscribe! I had been investigating how to record, edit, and publish it and realized it was a huge job considering I also run a business and have a full slate of clients. Then a client said that he would love to help with it. He knows all about recording and editing, and he has taken on all the back-end tasks! Now I need to find someone to help set up online classes and webinars.
