Today we’d like to introduce you to DJ Luigi El Picosito.

Hi DJ Luigi , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
A music passion begins at a young age of 7, being influenced by TV shows, radio and CD Albums. There was always music playing in my house hold. Instead of following the soccer ball after school, it was catching up with the latest music releases from the radio. Always dreamed to do something with music, the dream was getting closer as I had the opportunity to join a local band called “Tropical Azul” as a percussionist/dancer. That’s were my music carrer officially started. At the same time I was able to connect with the right business people and later full-fill my dream to become a DJ. Today we celebrate 14 years in business as a full bilingual DJ serving the Midwest states such as Illinois, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma and Texas.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like everything else in life, setbacks and struggles with starting a production DJ business has been quite a journey. A lot of people did not want to see us to succeed or even give us the opportunity to stand on a stage because we were so young. It only took little to no time for the viewers to see that we had more to give.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Specialist in bringing in the Spice, flavor energy levels into crowds. Setting the right frequencies at every setting we get to preform our live production. Very proud to include my roots when I MC to those large crown no matter who watches. We are unique in our style for including the all organic vibes, from the form in hyping crowds, to the way we select our outfits includes an 80s vintage look and to playing all the throwback jamming incorporating all the newer vibes for today’s generation.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The unique style in how we present our selfs is very important in order to deliver our image. We don’t want to do what everyone is doing in today’s style of DJs. We look to be unique, original and organic.

Pricing can be given per appointment. We offer a variety of packages for clients to choose from. All pricing varies of style, space and type of event.
