Exploring Life & Business with Lindsay Masker of Core Maternal Fitness LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsay Masker.

Hi Lindsay, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started Core Maternal Fitness in the spring of 2026. When I was pregnant with my third, I couldn’t find clear, trustworthy guidance on how to exercise safely so I got certified as a prenatal and postnatal coach. After 12 years in the fitness industry, I knew exactly what kind of business I wanted to build: one that comes to the mom.

I’m going against the grain in a tech-filled world, but I truly believe women, myself included, are craving real connection during one of the most tender and challenging seasons of motherhood. I wanted to give women the opportunity to do something solely for themselves, while making sure baby is still surrounded by everything familiar and comforting at home.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every client teaches me something new. Each woman, whether she’s pregnant, postpartum, or returning to fitness brings a completely unique background and set of needs. The biggest challenge for me is making sure each workout is truly tailored to her fitness level, where she is in her pregnancy, or where she is in her postpartum journey. That can even come down to the type of birth she had and what her recovery has looked like. The heart of the business is that each plan is unique to the client, which makes for a rewarding challenge!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I specialize in prenatal and postnatal strength coaching, and what makes my business unique is simple, I come to the mom. Every workout is tailored to where she is in her pregnancy or postpartum journey, and because I come to her home, there’s no childcare needed. Baby stays cozy in familiar surroundings, and siblings are welcome to stay and play while mom gets her time to work towards her personal goals.

What makes me most proud is serving a community that I feel is often overlooked. I believe moms are built for connection, and this business is about far more than building strength, it’s about supporting women’s mental health and overall well-being.

I offer several coaching options. I work with women who are pregnant, postpartum, or returning to fitness in their homes. I also offer a virtual coaching program, where I create fully personalized workout plans for women to do on their own while also being their accountability partner. I check in on them after their workouts, offer form check-videos, and send hype texts to keep them motivated and excited to keep going!
