Hi Natalie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been in the aesthetics industry for almost 10 years, and skincare has truly become my passion. I spent years working in a medical spa before taking a chance on myself and opening Será Skin. Starting my own business has been one of the most rewarding, and challenging, things I’ve ever done. Along the way, I’ve continued investing in education, expanding my services, growing my team, and recently moving into a bigger space. I love creating real relationships with my clients and helping them feel confident through healthy skin.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Starting a business is exciting, but there are a lot of challenges that people don’t always see. I’ve had to make difficult decisions, learn things the hard way, navigate financial risks, and wear every hat (from provider to marketer to accountant to business owner). There have also been personal challenges and moments where I questioned myself, but each one taught me something valuable. I think the biggest lesson has been learning to trust myself, stay adaptable, and keep moving forward even when things don’t go as planned. Looking back, those challenges are what have made me a stronger business owner.

Será Skin is a results-driven medical aesthetics practice focused on helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized treatments and education. We specialize in customized skincare, microneedling, chemical peels, corrective facials, brows, lashes, and medical-grade skincare. What sets us apart is our approach: we never believe in one-size-fits-all treatments or high-pressure sales. Every recommendation is tailored to the individual and centered around long-term skin health, not quick fixes.
One thing I’m especially proud of is the relationships we’ve built with our clients. My goal has always been to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable asking questions, learning about their skin, and trusting that they’re receiving honest recommendations. I want every client to leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. As Será Skin continues to grow, that commitment to education, integrity, and exceptional care will always remain at the heart of our brand.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Growing up, I spent so much time with my cousins, and those are some of my favorite memories. I have two older siblings and am very close with my siblings, but my sister is five years older than me and my brother is ten years older. Having cousins around my age made it feel like I had a whole group of extra siblings. We were always having sleepovers, playing outside, trick-or-treating together, and just making memories!
