Today we’d like to introduce you to Noah Michael.
Hi Noah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve been creating multimedia projects since I was a junior in high school. What started as curiosity with a camera and editing software grew into a passion for telling stories through photography, video, and graphic design. While I’ve recently been focused on building a career in the HVAC trade, I’ve continued creating on the side because it’s something I genuinely enjoy. Whether I’m working with local businesses, covering sports, or bringing someone’s vision to life, I love creating work that connects with people and leaves a lasting impression. I’m always learning, both in my trade and in my creative work, and I think that balance has helped shape who I am.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One challenge has been learning the business side of creative work. Figuring out how to price projects fairly isn’t something you learn overnight, and I’ve definitely had to learn through experience how to balance the value of my time with what’s fair for the client.
Another challenge has been adapting to how quickly AI is changing the creative industry. With so many powerful tools now available, it’s pushed me to think less about just creating something that looks good and more about building genuine relationships, understanding a client’s vision, and delivering work with a personal touch. I see AI as a tool that can help creators, but it’s also motivated me to keep improving my skills and find ways to stand out beyond what technology alone can offer.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in photography, videography, and graphic design, but more than anything, I enjoy helping people tell their stories. Whether I’m working with an athlete, a local business, or someone with a creative idea, I want the final product to reflect who they are.
If there’s one thing I hope I’m known for, it’s the relationships I build. Over the past several years, I’ve learned that trust and genuine connection matter just as much as the work itself. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with because I believe the best creative projects come from understanding the person behind them.
What I’m most proud of is the mindset I’ve developed. Life after high school taught me a lot about resilience, responsibility, and navigating the ups and downs that come with adulthood. Those experiences have helped me stay grounded, keep a positive perspective, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
What sets me apart is that I genuinely care about people. If someone is going through a difficult time, I’ll make time to listen and be there for them, even when life is busy. That same mindset carries into my work—I don’t just want clients to walk away with great photos or videos. I want them to feel valued, understood, and excited about what we’ve created together.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
It’s honestly hard to choose just one favorite childhood memory because I was fortunate to have a really great childhood filled with a lot of special moments. If I had to pick one, I would say our family trips to Myrtle Beach stand out the most.
Those trips were about more than just being at the beach. They were a time when our whole family would come together—my grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and everyone in between. We’d spend time swimming in the ocean, hanging out by the pool, and just enjoying being together. I don’t think there’s one specific moment from those trips that stands out the most; it’s more the feeling of those days that I remember.
Looking back, I really appreciate how special that time was. Those memories remind me of the importance of family, being present, and enjoying the simple moments in life.
