Exploring Life & Business with Aracely Sanchez of Hola Cafe

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aracely Sanchez.

Aracely, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have been an entrepreneur for 15 years. My mind is always on the go, thinking about new ways to expand or start a new business. 4 years ago. After our mom passed my brother and I started our mobile coffee cart concept and have been working hard ever since.
Our love for coffee and family go hand in hand on how we want our business to be portrayed.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not. A smooth road would be too easy. You’re always going to face obstacles, but it’s really important who you’re support system is to be able to overcome them.
Sometimes you have a business plan, but you find out things along the way that you weren’t expecting. Unexpected cost, permits, turn downs, competition, amoung other things.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Hola Cafe ?
Hola Café is a Latina-owned coffee experience.
As a family-owned business, we blend tradition with modern café culture through our in-house shop and mobile coffee cart. Our offerings extend beyond coffee into thoughtfully designed merchandise inspired by literature, and culture.
From curated pop-up events to private event rentals, we have many packages we offer to make every moment special.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Contrary to many other businesses, the end game really isn’t to own something huge. Although we would love to own a coffee shop or bookstore, we really love what we’ve created so far. Just a friendly environment for those who have the same interest.

Of course over the years, we hope to keep up with the latest trends, and gain many followers and customers by keeping engaged with our community and their wants.
