Today we’d like to introduce you to Ramonda Scales.
Hi Ramonda, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
. I started my journey in 2018 as a local model, and by 2019, I stepped into the role of a Runway Coach — teaching aspiring models how to confidently walk the runway, strengthen their presence, and build a brand that stands out beyond the industry. What began as modeling quickly grew into a deeper passion for mentoring, empowering, and helping women recognize their value both on and off the runway.
In 2024, I launched my own agency, Unlimited Exposure, with a focus on model development, confidence building, professionalism, and creating opportunities for models to gain exposure in larger markets. My goal has always been bigger than beauty — it’s about helping individuals grow into the best version of themselves and walk boldly in who they are.
That same passion for empowering women inspired me to create the When A Woman Heals Conference, a transformative experience centered around mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Through authentic conversations, powerful testimonies, and meaningful connections, the conference was created to remind women that healing is possible, purpose still exists after pain, and no woman has to walk her journey alone.
Today, my mission continues to be creating spaces where women feel seen, empowered, inspired, and equipped to evolve into everything they were created to be.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. My journey has come with many challenges, setbacks, lessons, and moments of uncertainty. There were times when I had to navigate rejection, self-doubt, limited resources, and the pressure of building something meaningful from the ground up. Being a woman entrepreneur, mentor, and leader often requires balancing passion with perseverance — even during seasons when things don’t go as planned.
However, every obstacle helped shape me into the woman I am today. The difficult moments taught me resilience, strengthened my faith, and reminded me why I started in the first place. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always happen in comfort; sometimes it comes through hard seasons, healing, and having the courage to keep going anyway.
While the road hasn’t been smooth, it has absolutely been purposeful. Every experience — both good and bad — has prepared me to not only grow personally and professionally, but also to pour back into other women who may be navigating their own journeys.

I am a model, runway coach, entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of both Unlimited Exposure Agency and the When A Woman Heals Conference. My work centers around empowering women — whether that’s through modeling, personal development, confidence building, or creating spaces for healing and transformation.
I specialize in runway training, model development, branding, and helping aspiring models build confidence both on and off the runway. Through Unlimited Exposure, I focus on preparing models professionally while also teaching them the importance of self-worth, discipline, presence, and authenticity. I’m known for pushing people beyond their comfort zones while still creating an environment where they feel supported, seen, and encouraged.
Outside of modeling, I’m also passionate about creating impactful experiences for women through the When A Woman Heals Conference. What started as a vision rooted in healing has grown into a powerful platform where women can come together to heal mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through honest conversations, shared experiences, and empowerment.
What I’m most proud of is the impact my work has had on people’s confidence, healing journeys, and personal growth. Seeing women walk away more empowered, more secure within themselves, and more willing to pursue their purpose means more to me than any title or accomplishment.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on appearance or success on the surface — I care deeply about the person behind the brand. I believe confidence starts internally, and I strive to help women grow not only professionally, but personally and spiritually as well. My journey, transparency, passion for serving others, and ability to connect with people authentically are what make my approach different.
