Hi Hamsa , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Peaubuhamsa from a genuine passion and love for helping people feel beautiful, confident and most importantly, cared for. Becoming an esthetician gave me the opportunity to connect with people in such personal way, and i quickly realized I wanted yo create an experience that went beyond skincare. I wanted my clients to feel safe, relaxed and poured into every tie they walked through my door.
Getting to where I am definitely took a lot of faith and believing in myself. It took consistency, and a lot of hard work, but the relationships I’ve built with my clients have made every part of the journey worth it. Watching my business grow through trust, support and word-of-mouth has been incredibly emotional and rewarding for me, and I’m so thankful and grateful to continue building Peaubyhamsa here in Kansas City.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely hasn’t been completely smooth road. Like many small business owners, there are moments of self doubt, financial pressure, burn out and learning how to balance wearing so many hats at once. Building a business from the ground up takes a lot emotionally, mentally, and physically.
One of my biggest challenges is learning to trust myself and stay consistent, even during slower seasons or moments where things feel uncertain, but every challenge teaches me something and helps me shape, both me and my business into what it is today and what it will be in the future.

PeaubyHamsa is my heart turned into a skincare space.
I specialize in facials, advanced skincare, brows, waxing, and cupping, but what I really do is help people feel confident, cared for, and at home in their skin again.
What sets me apart is the intention behind every service. I don’t rush people or treat skin like a trend—I listen, I personalize, and I create space for people to feel seen and safe.
I’m most proud that my brand feels personal. My clients are not just appointments—they’re people I truly value, and I celebrate them, even on their birthdays.
At its core, PeaubyHamsa is about healing, confidence, and making people feel beautiful in a real, grounded way.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing people feel loved, chosen, and at peace, especially in the small, quiet moments when they don’t even realize they’re receiving it.
I feel happiest when I’m taking care of people I love, creating beauty around me, and making someone’s day softer in some way. Whether it’s through my work, my relationships, or just being present with someone, I get a deep sense of fulfillment from making people feel seen and valued.
I also feel really happy in moments of stillness, when life feels aligned, when I’m grounded in myself, and when I’m building something meaningful with intention behind it. I’ve learned that I don’t need loud happiness. I’m at my best when things feel genuine, connected, and full of heart.
At the core, what makes me happy is love, giving it, receiving it, and creating spaces where it can exist freely anywhere I am.
