Meet Chasadee Davis of Raining Leverage, LLC – Transaction Management & Real Estate Support Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chasadee Davis.

Hi Chasadee, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career in real estate on the operational side of transactions and quickly realized I genuinely enjoyed the organization, systems, communication, and problem-solving that happen behind the scenes. I love making sure all the moving pieces come together smoothly and creating a better experience for both agents and clients throughout the process.

Over time, agents began relying on me more and more for transaction support, which eventually evolved into building my business, Raining Leverage, LLC. While operations became my specialty, I’ve also spent time selling real estate myself, which gave me an even deeper appreciation for the demands agents face daily and the importance of having strong support systems in place.

One of the biggest reasons I chose entrepreneurship was flexibility. I wanted the opportunity to build something of my own while creating a life that allowed me to be present for my family instead of feeling limited by a corporate ceiling or traditional work structure.

Today, I provide transaction management services to real estate agents and brokerages across the Kansas City metro area, helping manage the contract-to-close process so agents can focus more on their clients, negotiations, and growing their business.

I’m also a wife and mom to two little girls, so building a business that supports both my professional goals and my family life has been a huge part of my journey. Entrepreneurship has stretched me in a lot of ways, but it’s also given me the opportunity to create something meaningful, flexible, and truly aligned with who I am.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a completely smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, especially women building businesses while raising families, I’ve struggled with balance, boundaries, and trying to do everything myself.

In the beginning, I said yes to everything because I genuinely wanted to help people. Over time, I realized that without systems, structure, and clear expectations, it’s very easy to become overwhelmed and constantly “on.”

I’ve also had to grow in confidence as a business owner. Learning to value my time, communicate professionally, and build processes that actually support both my clients and my personal life has been a huge learning experience.

But honestly, those challenges have shaped the business into what it is today. They pushed me to become more intentional, more organized, and more focused on creating a sustainable business instead of just staying busy.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Raining Leverage, LLC – Transaction Management & Real Estate Support Services?
Raining Leverage, LLC provides transaction management and operational support services for real estate agents and brokerages throughout the Kansas City metro area.

I help manage the details behind the scenes from contract to close, including compliance, deadlines, communication, document management, and client touchpoints throughout the transaction process.

What really sets my business apart is the level of organization, communication, and care I bring to every file. I genuinely treat each transaction like it matters, because it does. Buying or selling a home is a huge life moment for people, and I believe agents deserve strong support systems that help create a smoother experience for everyone involved.

I’m especially proud of the relationships I’ve built with agents, lenders, title companies, and brokerages throughout the industry. Most of my business has grown through referrals and reputation, which means a lot to me because it reflects the trust people have placed in me over the years.

I also think there’s a common misconception that transaction coordination is “just paperwork,” when in reality, strong transaction management can completely change how efficiently an agent runs their business and how supported clients feel throughout the process.

At the end of the day, my goal is to help agents create more leverage in their business, reduce stress, and provide a better overall client experience from start to finish.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was definitely creative, social, and always full of ideas. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, organizing things, and finding better ways to do things, even long before I realized those strengths would eventually become part of my career.

I was also very imaginative and entrepreneurial from a young age. I loved creating, planning, problem-solving, and turning ideas into something tangible. Looking back now, a lot of those qualities naturally carried over into both real estate and business ownership.

At the same time, family has always been a huge priority for me, and that still drives so much of what I do today. While I’m passionate about building a successful business, I also want to create a life that gives me the flexibility to be present for my husband and daughters and truly enjoy this season of life with them.
