Today we’d like to introduce you to Chloe Knoblauch.
Chloe, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I grew up in a household where resources were limited, and from a young age I understood that if I wanted a different life, I would need to stay determined and work hard for it. That experience shaped me early. I developed a strong work ethic, a lot of discipline, and a deep appreciation for stability and opportunity. That mindset carried me into the medical field, where I continue to work in a clinical laboratory setting. I’ve always been drawn to structure and detail-oriented environments, and I value the stability and precision that comes with that work. Over the years I realized I was also looking for something more directly connected to people.
That’s what led me into real estate!
For me, the two careers actually complement each other. My lab work keeps me grounded in focus, accuracy, and routine, while real estate allows me to step into a more relational space where I can guide people through some of the most important decisions of their lives. It’s a balance that challenges me in different ways but also feels very intentional.
Because of how I grew up, home has always meant something deeper than just a place. It represents stability and possibility. That perspective naturally carried into how I serve my clients. I try to be steady, and honest throughout the process, especially when things feel overwhelming or unfamiliar. Balancing both roles isn’t always easy, but it’s something I take pride in. It reflects a bigger part of who I am. Someone who is willing to work hard, stay consistent, and build something meaningful over time rather than rushing the process. Outside of work, I stay closely connected to my community and try to keep life simple and intentional. That balance helps me show up fully in both of my roles.
Looking ahead, I’m focused on continuing to grow in both spaces while staying true to my values. For me, success isn’t defined by a single title, it’s about the quality of work I do, the people I help, and the integrity I bring to everything I take on.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the biggest challenges I’ve faced have been rooted in learning how to build stability from a place where it wasn’t always guaranteed. Again, growing up with limited resources, I became very aware early on that nothing would be handed to me. That shaped me in a positive way, but it also meant I’ve had to learn how to navigate uncertainty and carry a lot of responsibility from a young age.
In my adult life, one of the ongoing challenges has been balancing two very different careers. I currently work full-time in the medical field while also building my career in real estate. Both require a high level of focus, consistency, and emotional energy, but in very different ways. There are definitely seasons where the balance feels demanding. Time management becomes critical, and there’s very little room for complacency. I’ve had to learn how to be extremely intentional with my time, disciplined with my resources, and honest with myself about capacity. At the same time, I’ve come to see those challenges as something that has strengthened me rather than limited me. Working in the lab keeps me grounded and detail-oriented, while real estate pushes me to grow in communication, adaptability, and confidence with people and their emotions during high-stakes moments.
If anything, the challenge has been learning how to trust my ability to handle both without compromising the quality of either. Over time, I’ve realized that I’m capable of more than I initially gave myself credit for, as long as I stay consistent and focused on why I’m doing it in the first place. At the core, I don’t really see challenges as setbacks as they’ve been more like checkpoints that have helped shape my discipline, perspective, and the way that I show up for both my work and the people that I serve.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My real estate business is built around one core priority: helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with clarity, confidence, and genuine support. I work with residential buyers and sellers across different stages of life, with a strong focus on making the process feel approachable and understandable. Especially for clients who may feel overwhelmed by where to start. Real estate can move quickly and feel complicated, so I place a high value on communication, consistency, and making sure my clients always feel informed and taken care of from beginning to end. I’m known for my calm, steady approach and my ability to break the process down in a way that feels manageable. I don’t believe in rushing people or overwhelming them with information, I believe in meeting clients where they are and guiding them step by step with honesty and patience. What sets my business apart is the level of intention behind how I show up for people. I am highly detail-oriented and proactive, and I prioritize being accessible and responsive throughout every transaction. My background in the medical field, where I still actively work in a clinical laboratory setting, has strengthened my discipline, focus, and ability to stay composed in high-pressure environments, all of which directly translate into how I serve my clients. I’m proud of building a business that feels grounded, trustworthy, and human. I want clients to feel like they are working with someone who genuinely cares about their experience, not just the outcome of a transaction. For me, success is measured in trust, relationships, and the long-term confidence my clients have in the decisions they make. Ultimately, I want people to know that my business is centered on service. It’s about creating a real sense of support during what can often be a stressful process, and making sure every client feels seen, heard, and guided with integrity from start to finish,
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something that often surprises people is how self-driven I’ve had to be from such a young age. I came from a home where support wasn’t consistent, and my voice wasn’t always welcomed. I learned early on that I could only depend on myself and that shaped a mindset of consistency and hard work. I’ve carried that with me into adulthood and applied it to everything I do. Not just my career, but in how I approach challenges and build stability in my life. While I had to figure a lot out on my own, I’ve been surrounded by a diverse village of friends who stepped in with support, wisdom, and lessons that shaped me into who I am today.
