Hi Kyle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve been drawn to the metaphysical world for as long as I can remember. When I was 16, a close family friend, someone who was like a second mom, gave me my first tarot deck, and it opened an entirely new world for me. I started reading for friends in high school, and that naturally carried into college and graduate school. For over 25 years, I read exclusively for friends and family.
In 2010, I met a woman who would become a mentor, and she introduced me to mediumship. That experience deepened my abilities and enhanced the way I connect with Spirit.
In 2022, I expanded into oracle cards and became a certified Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reader. From there, I completed a Tarot and Oracle certification course. These certifications inspired me to turn my passion of reading for people into a business. I launched my spiritual consulting practice with the intention of offering more than a typical reading. I wanted clients to feel truly seen and heard, and to leave with clarity. I had experienced readings from psychics in the past that felt surface level or simply confirmed what I already knew, and I wanted to create something more meaningful with my business.
When I first began marketing my business on social media, growth was slow. But, in 2024, I had the opportunity to begin offering readings at Village Witch in Lawrence, which helped me connect with a wider audience and build a client base. I also began reading at local metaphysical fairs, which further expanded my reach.
That same year, I felt called to broaden my offerings. I began working toward my Reiki Master certification, and I recently completed my Crystal Energy Healing certification in February. Today, I offer both intuitive guidance and energy healing, allowing me to provide my clients a more personalized and holistic experience tailored to exactly what they need.
In January 2026, I started a YouTube Channel, which has helped to get my name out there, and now I read for people all over the world.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has definitely not been smooth. There have been plenty of bumps along the way. Marketing myself has probably been the biggest challenge. It’s one thing to be good at what you do, and a whole different thing to get people to actually find you and book with you.
Breaking into the fair circuit wasn’t easy either. Even though I had been reading for years, I was still “new” on the scene, so I really had to prove myself and earn my spot. That took time and a lot of patience.
And honestly, running your own business is just a lot. Some days feel effortless and fun, and other days you’re hustling, posting, promoting, and wondering if anyone is actually seeing you. But those moments have pushed me to grow, stay consistent, and trust that the right clients will find me.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
To be completely honest, taking risks stresses me out! I’m not someone who naturally jumps into things without thinking them through. And, lots of the time, I overthink.
But when you own your own business, you don’t really get the option to stay comfortable. You have to take risks. You have to put yourself out there, even when it feels extremely vulnerable.
For me, a lot of those risks have been around visibility and marketing myself. Starting my business, putting myself on social media, signing up for fairs and other local events, and reading for strangers instead of just friends and family. Each of those moments felt like a risk at the time because I was stepping into something new and unknown.
But, every time I’ve pushed past my fear and taken a chance on myself, it’s moved my business forward. So while I may not love taking risks, I’ve learned I have to take them and to trust that everything will all unfold for my highest good.
