Hidden Gems: Meet Jenna Haith of Sparklight Solutions LLC – Jenna Haith Photography – Jenna Haith Lifestyle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Haith.

Hi Jenna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My photography journey started long before it became a business. I got my first DSLR camera, a Canon Rebel T6, when I was 16 years old, and from that point on, I was constantly taking photos. I was the friend documenting everything, experimenting with lighting, angles, and editing, and learning by doing. Photography quickly became second nature to me, not just as a creative outlet, but as a skill I wanted to master.

In college, I took photography classes that helped me understand the technical side even more – composition, lighting theory, and how to shoot with intention rather than just instinct. Over the years, I continued investing in my craft. I built out a full professional setup with a variety of lenses, studio lighting, tripods, microphones, and editing tools. Photography became something I knew inside and out, both creatively and technically.

As my career evolved, photography naturally merged with my work in digital marketing and content creation. I founded Sparklight Solutions LLC as a web development and digital marketing agency, and photography, video, and podcast production became a key part of helping clients show up professionally online. At the same time, I built my personal brand as a content creator and influencer, which gave me real-world experience in editing, storytelling, and producing content that actually connects with people.

Jenna Haith Photography grew organically out of that experience. I found myself being asked to photograph events, engagement parties, holiday gatherings, family sessions, and lifestyle moments. Those are the environments where I thrive – capturing real people, real emotions, and moments that don’t feel overly posed or forced. I love the energy of events and the authenticity that comes with photographing people as they truly are.

Today, my photography, video, and podcast services all live under the Sparklight Solutions umbrella, allowing me to support clients in a full-circle way – from capturing the content to helping them use it effectively across their websites, social media, and marketing platforms. Looking back, every stage of my journey built on the last. What started as a teenage passion with a camera turned into a creative skillset that now helps people and businesses tell their stories in a meaningful, lasting way.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Overall, it’s been a fairly smooth road, but photography definitely comes with its own unique challenges. One of the biggest struggles is lighting, especially in live, fast-moving environments like events. You can walk into a space and immediately feel that pressure – people are ready, they’re waiting, and they want photos now, while you’re quickly assessing the light, adjusting settings, and making sure everything is set up correctly.

There’s a certain nervous energy that comes with that moment. As a photographer, you know how important it is to get the lighting right before you start shooting, but clients don’t always realize how much goes into that behind the scenes. I’ve learned that clear communication is key. Letting clients know, “Give me a moment to dial in the lighting so we get the best results,” makes a huge difference and sets expectations right away.

Another challenge has been balancing photography with my other businesses. Because I also run Sparklight Solutions, a web development and digital marketing agency, I have consistent, ongoing client work outside of photography. That’s actually been a blessing. It’s allowed me to be selective with photography projects and not feel pressured to take on every shoot just to stay afloat. Photography is something I genuinely love and take seriously, but it isn’t my only source of income.

I also don’t heavily promote my photography services simply because I stay busy across my other work. Jenna Haith Photography exists because I want to be well-rounded and fully capable of supporting clients when they need it. Whether that’s event photography, lifestyle content, or visual assets for their brand, I can confidently step in and deliver because I have years of experience behind the camera.

The road hasn’t been perfect, but the challenges have taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly. Those skills are what allow me to show up confidently for clients and consistently deliver high-quality work, no matter the environment.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Sparklight Solutions LLC – Jenna Haith Photography – Jenna Haith Lifestyle?
My work lives under three closely connected brands: Sparklight Solutions LLC, Jenna Haith Photography, and Jenna Haith Lifestyle. While each serves a different purpose, they all operate together to help people and businesses show up confidently, professionally, and authentically both online and in real life.

Sparklight Solutions LLC is my web development and digital marketing agency. This is the foundation of my business and where I support clients with website design and development, digital marketing strategy, branding infrastructure, analytics, and ongoing optimization. I specialize in building functional, conversion-focused websites and digital systems that actually work for a business, not just look good. I’m known for being hands-on, highly communicative, and strategic. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client’s goals, audience, and operations are different, and I take the time to understand the full picture before making recommendations.

Jenna Haith Photography operates under that same umbrella and focuses on photography, video, and podcast production. I specialize primarily in events, lifestyle content, engagement parties, holiday gatherings, family sessions, and brand photography. Because I have a strong background in content creation and digital marketing, I shoot with intention. I’m not just capturing moments – I’m capturing content that clients can actually use across their websites, social media, and marketing platforms. That crossover between creative and technical work is something that really sets me apart.

Jenna Haith Lifestyle is my personal brand and content platform. Through blogging, social media, and brand collaborations, I share lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and real-life experiences. Building my own brand has given me firsthand insight into storytelling, audience growth, editing, and content strategy, which directly informs how I work with clients. I understand what it’s like to be both the business owner and the brand, and that perspective adds a lot of value to the work I do.

What sets my businesses apart is how integrated everything is. I don’t just hand clients a finished product and walk away. I help them think through how their website, visuals, content, and messaging all work together. I’m also deeply relationship-driven. Most of my work comes through referrals and word of mouth because I prioritize trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of building everything from the ground up and creating a business model that blends creativity, strategy, and flexibility. I’ve intentionally built brands that allow me to support clients in multiple ways while staying aligned with my own values and interests.

What I want readers to know most is that behind every service I offer is a genuine commitment to quality and care. Whether someone is working with me on a website, hiring me for photography, collaborating on content, or simply following along online, my goal is always the same: to help people show up confidently, clearly, and authentically in whatever they’re building.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I’ve been fortunate to have support along the way, but I’ve also built my businesses very independently. My parents played an important role early on by supporting my education and helping make college possible, which gave me the foundation to pursue this path. That support mattered, and I don’t take it lightly.

That said, when it came to starting my businesses, there wasn’t outside funding or financial backing. I paid for my equipment, startup costs, business fees, software, and tools myself. I was lucky to land my first job after college that paid well, which allowed me to save aggressively and invest in my businesses from the ground up. Everything from cameras and lenses to web platforms and operational expenses came out of my own pocket.

Beyond that, my biggest support system has been my family and close friends – especially my siblings and my sister – who have encouraged me, listened to ideas, and supported me emotionally as I built everything step by step. Having people who believe in you and cheer you on makes a difference, especially during uncertain or slower seasons.

At the same time, I strongly believe that no amount of support replaces self-motivation. Mentors, cheerleaders, and advocates are incredibly valuable, but ultimately, you’re the one who has to show up, follow through, and keep going when things get hard. Believing in yourself, staying disciplined, and being willing to figure things out as you go has been the biggest driver of my success.

I’m grateful for the people who’ve supported me, but I’m also proud of the fact that I built what I have through persistence, personal investment, and a strong belief in my ability to make it work.
