Today we’d like to introduce you to Karesha Worford.
Hi Karesha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I got started in real estate because I wanted something that offered flexibility, ownership, and long-term stability. At the time, I was looking for a way to create more for myself and my family, and real estate felt like a practical path to do that. I began by learning the basics, getting licensed, and jumping in even when I didn’t feel fully ready.
Over time, I gained confidence through experience, building relationships, and staying consistent. What started as a new opportunity turned into a real passion for helping people navigate homeownership and build generational wealth. I’m still growing, but real estate has allowed me to create impact while building a future I’m proud of.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Some of my biggest obstacles were consistency, self doubt in the beginning, and balancing life while building a real estate business. Real estate isn’t predictable, so learning patience, discipline, and resilience during slow seasons was key.
