Hi Aaron, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
What began as a simple 3D printing Christmas gift for his two kids quickly evolved into a deeper curiosity and drive to learn. That spark turned into a full-fledged business, where KC Custom Golf Supply now designs and produces custom golf accessories tailored for fellow golf enthusiasts. This brand blends innovation with a love for the game, making KC Custom Golf Supply a true reflection of a journey and dedication.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The largest struggle that I’ve faced is driving business. I started out with just an Etsy page, and while that is great because they have a large established client base, you don’t get the brand recognition. “Where do you get that? Oh I got it from Etsy”. I decided to build my own website, and have been directing as much traffic there as I can. The other challenge with custom orders is trying to make it as simple as possible for the customer to submit an order with exactly what they want without a lot of back and forth. My years in customer service has helped me dive to the heart of the request as quick and painless as possible.
As you know, we’re big fans of KC Custom Golf Supply. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
KC Custom Golf Supply started in March of 2025. What started as just a passion for learning new technology bloomed into a business. My goal is to be a go-to vendor for custom golf accessories, from 3d printed hand-held golf ball cleaners, to custom printed head covers. I pride myself on customer service and will work with any budget big or small to create a custom package tailored to your needs.
Any big plans?
The biggest thing I’m driving for is to expand product offerings, offering additional customization options like in house vinyl printing (to make the turnaround of custom head covers that much quicker), or additional engraving options. This will allow me to create tournament tee gift packages with more variety, or supply your business with amazing branded merchandise.
